For the person wanting to refresh their existing IKEA kitchen or starting from scratch with a new one.
- A 45 minute consultation via video call (or in our Dubai studio). Our design team will review your IKEA kitchen plan to help with selecting the design and colour combinations best suited to the space , making recommendations to improve the functionality and design, where necessary.
- A design document that includes a floor plan, 3D elevation and 2D visuals for your kitchen design. This document will also serve as a guideline for your Fronteriors installation with details on the placement and orientation of all doors, drawers, fillers, and appliances.
- Quotation for all the required Fronteriors components and a pre-filled Fronteriors cart (draft order) sent to you by email for easy check-out. NOTE This service does not include mechanical, electrical, or plumbing planning. This should be done with the IKEA kitchen planning team or your appointed contractor.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
Orders are manufactured and shipped from the UAE in 15-25 working days. Note that working days do not include weekends and public holidays.
Please note the delivery time is calculated as production lead time + transit time. Transit times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected.
Once your order is ready for delivery you will receive an email notification. If you are based outside of the UAE you will be asked to pay custom duties/tax on delivery of your order, in accordance with your country's tariffs. Your order is considered final once placed. Because our products – including, but not limited to, doors, tops, sides, plinths, fillers, and panels - are made to order, we do not accept returns. On receipt of delivery, please ensure that you examine the packaging/products for any damages and report any issues at the time of delivery.
