Yes, we currently ship internationally We are working with a third-party courier to provide quotations based on the specific weight and dimensions of a proposed order. Please send an email for a quote to info@fronteriors.co with the list of the exact items you wish to purchase, along with your shipping address/zip code and we will be able to provide an indicative pricing.
Yes we do, you can opt for delivery only or delivery and assembly at checkout.
IKEA, and hence Fronteriors, is based on a do-it-yourself principle. Yet, for clients within the UAE we offer an additional assembly service.

This service includes assembly of the Fronteriors components only. It is your responsibility to have the IKEA frame assembled (and wall mounted if applicable) before your Fronteriors delivery date.
Please note, that whilst we make every effort to assist our customers with tips and advice on what to purchase from IKEA, we cannot take any responsibility for the accuracy of your final order. Please take time to review your requirements and ensure that you have all the correct parts required

Delivery + assembly services in Dubai cost AED350, Abu Dhabi AED500 and Sharjah AED350. Our assembly services only cover the assembly of the fronteriors components. For any assistance with your IKEA frame please contact them directly.
Yes you can! Just send us an email to info@fronteriors.co and we can update your order requirements
We have designed our products to be as easy as possible for anyone to be able to put them together. Furthermore, you can find our installation guides here.
Our components can be easily assembled with just a screw driver, electric or manual. If you have purchased handles it is handy to have a tape measure with you.
All our units are made to order, we promise a lead time of no more than 15-25 working days unless otherwise stated.

If your order is being shipped international the delivery timeframes will vary depending on which country it is being shipped to, but we expect a further 5-10 workings day for the shipment to arrive.
Once you place and pay for an order we have already sent the request to our manufactures and unfortunately cannot make any changes or offer any refunds.
Your order is considered final once placed. Because our products – including, but not limited to, doors, tops, sides, plinths, fillers, and panels - are made-to-order, we do not accept returns.

This includes all orders on Besta, Pax, Billy, Metod components and miscellaneous parts.

On receipt of delivery, it is your responsibility to examine the packaging/products for any damages before the team departs your location. If anything is spotted, please ask that our delivery team inform customer services immediately.
You will need the IKEA frames and hinges for your Fronteriors doors to start.

Some of the frames we have designed are made of more than one frame. You can check out our product listings and carefully read the components it is made of before purchasing. When you purchase 2 x Besta frames, IKEA will sell them to you with the necessary screws to mount the units together.

You do not have to purchase doors if you are planning on buying them from Fronteriors, however if you are not planning on adding knobs or pulls to your doors you can purchase push open systems from IKEA directly. They are sold separately.

The IKEA frames offer endless combination options so we advise customers to contact them directly for concerns regarding the installation of their frame.
We supply the doors, tops, side and hardware. You can either use your existing IKEA furniture or buy a new frame. We make products for Billy, Besta, Pax and Metod.
Our pieces are made for the Billy, Besta, Pax and Metod IKEA system. If you are still unsure please don't hesitate to ask us info@fronteriors.co
Our legs are specifically designed to fit the IKEA units, however our handles are standard and could fit in other furniture pieces however it is best to check with us the length of the holes and other technicalities of your furniture before purchasing.
Yes we do! Your IKEA kitchen design will be the starting point. Together with the IKEA kitchen planner online or the team in store, you can design a kitchen which has all the functionalities and appliances you require. From there we can advise you in terms of doors, drawer fronts, counter top and handles to create a space for completely reflects your style.
All frames we cater for can be purchased without the doors.
A damp cloth and luke warm water is the best way to clean your unit. Harsh soaps and detergents can damage the surfaces. We also advise to be cautious with our metallic tops and stone tops as they can scratch easily.
Our hardware is made of brass so it's best to clean it with a damp cloth and water. You can also use a polish for brassware.
