Orders are manufactured and shipped from Europe or the Middle East (dependant on your location) in 20-25 working days. Note that working days do not include weekends and public holidays. Hardware items are kept in stock, but will ship with the rest of your order. If you are ordering hardware only, your order will ship in 3-5 working days.

RETURNS POLICY

In-stock items ship from Sweden within 3–5 working days in the EU and 3–6 working days in the GCC and other regions. Out-of-stock items have an estimated lead time of 3–6 weeks.

This hardware is shipped directly from Sweden under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This means that any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon arrival in the destination country.

Hapny Hardware ships from Houston, Texas. Depending on the delivery destination, import duties, VAT, or handling fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

In-stock items ship from Australia within 7–14 working days in Australia. International delivery may take 14 or more working days, depending on customs processing in the destination country.

Gentle is key. Clean your hardware with a soft, damp cloth, and wipe completely dry. Do not leave any water or soap residue on your product. Never use any chemicals or harsh over-the-counter cleaners.

To protect your fronts and hardware, we recommend installing all hardware carefully by hand using a manual screwdriver. Power tools can over tighten screws, potentially damaging the hardware or the door surface.
