This website is operated by Fronteriors Design LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fronteriors Design LLC. Fronteriors Design LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
TERMS OF SALE
1. ORDERING PRODUCTS
You can place orders for Products with us by following the process outlined on our site. You acknowledge that by placing an order with us you will be under an obligation to pay for the Products in that order if we accept your order. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the process. If you have any questions you can email your enquiry to info@fronteriors.co before going ahead with the purchase. We will send you a confirmation e-mail after receiving your order and this will constitute acceptance by us. Unfortunately we can’t stop an order once it has been dispatched by us. Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the Products ordered. This includes ensuring that the Products ordered will pass freely into your room of choice, they fit in that room, can be transported through the door of your apartment or room, stairs and doorways, elevators, and there are no other issues that could make delivery more complicated or impossible.
2. AVAILABILITY
All orders for Products are subject to the availability of those Products and the materials for making the Products. We will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order if, for any reason, the Products you have ordered are not available or are subject to any delay. If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example, because the manufacturers are out of stock or because of an error in the price we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Product we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
3. IMAGES OF PRODUCTS AND NATURAL MATERIALS
The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer will display the colors accurately or reflect the color of the Products. The Products that are delivered to you may vary slightly from those images.
Wood is a natural material that varies in color, grain pattern, texture, and appearance. Any products made with wood or wood veneer may exhibit unique aspects of character, history, and age that bring distinction and are hallmarks of its authenticity. They may show character marks including but not limited to knots, surface checking, oxidation, mineral staining, holes or markings from insects. These features are not defects and Fronteriors Design LLC makes no claim to the extent of these features present in any order.
Similarly, cane is a natural, organic material and imperfections in colour and consistency of the weave are considered normal. These are not faults. Furthermore, as a natural fibre, cane webbing will expand and contract when subjected to temperature changes. Occasionally, this may affect the tension of the cane within its frame during or after delivery, particularly in the summer months. Allow time for the material to settle in its new environment.
4. PAYMENTS
We accept payment with the payment methods listed on our site. You must pay for the Products and any applicable delivery charges in advance of delivery of the Products. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct.
5. CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND REFUND POLICY
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. We manufacture as per your order. The unique ordering implies therefore that there is no right of return on Fronteriors Design LLC Products. In case of ordering errors on your side, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds.
On receipt of delivery, please ensure that you examine the packaging/products for any damages and report any issues within 48 hours.
6. WARRANTY
Our doors, tops, sides, handles, and legs have a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers deficiencies; any production related errors as well as the ability to function without issues for 24 months from the time of delivery. Exceptions to these guarantees can be if the product has been exposed to violence, abuse, overloading, negligence, misuse of you, improper storage or faulty mounting or installation.
We don't offer compensation for operating loss, loss of time or any other indirect losses.
7. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
11. VAT
In line with the Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2017 for VAT and Cabinet Decision No. (52) of 2017 on the Executive Regulations, VAT will be imposed on all supply of goods and services from 1 January 2018, at the standard rate of 5% unless the goods and services are subject to a zero-rate or exempt from VAT. Fronteriors Design LLC is a VAT-registered business and all prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT.
12. PRODUCTS
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
13. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 16. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). For disputes under 1,000,000 AED in value, the parties agree to exclusively hear the matter in the Small Claims Tribunal at the DIFC Courts.
