Shipping rates and times will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. Estimated transit time is typically between 5-14 days, but could take longer depending on the shipping company’s serviceability. Bear in mind that delivery time is production lead time + transit time. Please see below the production time for your region.
Your order might ship in multiple boxes, depending on the size, weights and types of products in the order.
Europe and UK Production Lead Times: Due to unforeseen delays in materials supply and a backlog in manufacturing after the summer closure of our European factory, production lead times for orders in Europe and the UK have increased to 35-45 working days* until further notice. We apologise for this longer than usual lead time, which is not our preferred scenario, and we thank you in advance for your patience.
Middle East, Asia, North America & other regions: 15-25 working days*
Year End Order Lead Times: Kindly note that our business will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period with our last working day on Friday, 23 December. We will re-open on Monday, 2 January 2023. Any orders placed during this period will be sent into production during the first week of January. We will make every effort to ensure that deliveries due in that week of closure will be dispatched by 23 December, however where this is not possible, they will be dispatched by 3 January at the latest. We thank you for your understanding and wish you and your loved ones all the best for the festive season.

Samples and Boutique items are readily stocked and can normally be dispatched within 2-3 days, with a transit time between 5-10 days depending on your location and the shipping service option you have selected.As our sample boxes are shipped from the UAE, our showroom, you may be asked to pay custom duties on delivery of your order if you are located outside of the UAE.
Once your order is ready for collection by the appointed carrier, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Note however that it can take a few days to be collected and for the tracking progress to update.
You will receive another email confirmation when each part of your order is collected. Note that a signature will be required for deliveries and a reminder that you may be asked to pay custom duties ahead of delivery. Failure to make the payment may delay your delivery. Please note that any additional fees charged by the shipping company as a result of re-delivery due to the customer not being present, an incorrect address, storage fees, failure to pay duties, etc. will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please check your packages for signs of damage on arrival. In the rare event of shipping damage, please take photos of the affected areas of packaging and the products to share with us. It is also essential to report visible packaging damage as a comment when signing for the delivery. Send the photos and an explanation of the circumstances to Fronteriors Customer Service at email@example.com on receipt of delivery. Ensure that you keep all packaging and damaged items, as the shipping company may claim these as part of their damage investigation.
Our shipping prices cover standard deliveries to accessible locations. In the case of kitchens and/or larger palletised shipments, this would be limited to delivery to curb-side or front door of a building. With this in mind, we recommend that you plan in advance for large palletised orders in a master box to be unpacked on the curb-side or ground floor in order to be carried to their final location in individual pieces.
The carrier may apply additional fees/charges for special services based on 'complicated deliveries’ which would be payable by the customer. Complicated delivery situations are defined at the discretion of the carrier and can include, but are not limited to, rural areas, elevator/stair access, narrow or pedestrian streets in older city locations.
