TERMS AND SERVICE

The following terms apply in addition to our general Refund Policy for any order using custom or non-standard dimensions (“Custom Orders”).
  1. Measurements: Custom Orders are cut precisely to the dimensions supplied by the customer at the time of order. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all measurements before submitting — see our Measuring Guide for help. Fronteriors is not liable for production based on incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  2. Order changes & cancellations: Once a Custom Order is submitted, you have [24 hours] to request changes or cancellation by contacting info@fronteriors.co. After this window, your Custom Order enters production and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
  3. Final sale: Like all Fronteriors products, Custom Orders are made to order for your specific project and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect (see Clause 5).
  4. Tolerance & natural variation: All panels are produced to a tolerance of ± [3mm]. Natural materials such as wood veneer may show variation in colour and grain between panels, and colours may appear differently on screen than in person — we recommend ordering a sample before placing a Custom Order.
  5. Manufacturing defects: If your Custom Order arrives with a manufacturing defect, as per our shipping policy it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  6. Hinges & Hardware: Custom panels are supplied undrilled and do not include hinges. We recommend hinge holes be drilled on site by your installer for the most accurate result. Hinges and hardware need to be sourced separately by customer.
  7. Lead time: Custom Orders are produced in 20–25 working days, the same production window as our standard collection. This is a production estimate and does not include transit time.
