Pictured with our white/white Cane Open Weave doors, but you can change the colour to your preference using the drop-down menu. Note that the hardware will remain gold.

As we do not produce sides for Billy, we recommend matching our white doors with the white IKEA frame, our black doors with the black IKEA frame and our dark wood doors with the brown ash veneer IKEA frame.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order will not include the IKEA frame or hinges. You would need to purchase 4x IKEA HJÄLPA hinges (903.828.82) per Billy door, these must be purchased from IKEA directly. 

IMPORTANT: As cane is a natural, organic material, imperfections in colour and consistency of the weave are considered normal. These are not faults. Furthermore, as a natural fibre, cane webbing may expand and contract when subjected to temperature changes. Occasionally, this may affect the tension of the cane within it’s frame during or after delivery, particularly in the summer months. If this does occur, kindly allow a few days for the material to settle in it’s new environment.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES

Orders are manufactured and shipped from the UAE in 15-25 working days. Note that working days do not include weekends and public holidays.

SHIPPING

Please note the delivery time is calculated as production lead time + transit time. Transit times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected.
Once your order is ready for delivery you will receive an email notification. If you are based outside of the UAE you will be asked to pay custom duties/tax on delivery of your order, in accordance with your country's tariffs. RETURNS POLICY

Your order is considered final once placed. Because our products – including, but not limited to, doors, tops, sides, plinths, fillers, and panels - are made to order, we do not accept returns. On receipt of delivery, please ensure that you examine the packaging/products for any damages and report any issues at the time of delivery.
